This collection is not inspired by a painter or an art movement, by history, politics or a personal fact. This collection is about freedom, the freedom of movement and thought, the rupture of the pre designed concepts of fashion creation and the academic creative process, the urge of experiment and the mix of all the creative areas.

For the Fall/Winter 2017 collection, Gildas Loaëc and Masaya Kuroki, co-founders and artistic directors of Maison Kitsuné, drew their inspiration from American pop culture and the aesthetic and creative energie of New York born, Paris based, artist William Klein.
