Saint Laurent Open a New Store in Ginza!
by Adriano Batista

Saint Laurent opens his second flagship store in Ginza 6, Tokyo. The Ginza 6 store offers a complete vision of the brand and an original shopping experience that reflects Saint Laurent’s heritage and identity.

The space embodies the Saint Laurent store concept, a modern interpretation of the French modernist movement of the early 20th century. The minimalist sophistication and iconic Art Deco materials echo the brand’s characteristic aesthetics: floors in white statuarietto marble, walls in white statuary marble, and black silk marble, structures in nickel plated brass and extra clear glass, leather and nickel-plated brass benches, suspended hanging rails and gold frame showcase.

Spanning across three floors, the new flagship store has a backlighted black marble façade of approximatively 17 meters composed by 18 Noren panels. The black marble is laminated with low reflective glass. This is the first time that a backlighted façade has been used.

The boutique offers a wide selection of products from all categories: prêt-à-porter, accessories, shoes, sunglasses and jewelry for women and men.
