Sam Flax was in charge to put the soundtrack to the Spring/Summer 2014 show of Saint Laurent during the Paris Fashion Week.
Sam Flax is a California artist and multi-instrumentalist. His debut full length album ‘Age Waves’ was produced, recorded, composed and performed by Flax over a period of several years, and released on Burger Records in 2012. A highly idiosyncratic vision of avant-pop, ‘Age Waves’ shows Flax to be a melting pot of a songwriter, merging disparate elements into something organic and hypnotic, personal and refreshingly skewed. Sam Flax is also a visual artist, working at times in video, design, animation, illustration and photography.
