Wim Bruynooghe (1988) is a Belgian designer and graduate of the Fashion Department of the Antwerp Royal Academy of Fine Arts. With Fall Winter 2017’s “Jet Boy”, Wim debuts his brand’s first menswear collection.
An exploration of the Wim Bruynooghe trademark elements, the collection is inspired by 1970’s New York and heavily references the great 20th century couturiers.
The collection showcases the designer’s adventurous approach to menswear, placing emphasis on silhouette. Rich in texture, luxurious fabrics starring are deep blue cashmeres, crispy eggplant wools and airy silks.

For the Fall/Winter 2017 collection, Gildas Loaëc and Masaya Kuroki, co-founders and artistic directors of Maison Kitsuné, drew their inspiration from American pop culture and the aesthetic and creative energie of New York born, Paris based, artist William Klein.
