A letter written by Monsieur Dior’s own hand, in which he expresses his confidence in civilization and the new generations, gives rise to the Dior Homme print of the season, “Optimistic Future“. Kris Van Assche, creative director of the house, places these words found in the archives on a poplin shirt, a silk jacquard tie, a two-button jacket, and jeans. echoing his exploration of Monsieur Dior’s legacy and its modern transcription, they become the signature of a civilized, multi-generational wardrobe, a look that’s distinctly Dior Homme.
Marking the brand’s evolution to an established house in the Parisian fashion landscape, FW21 is Y/PROJECT’s largest, most ambitious collection to date.
