Y-3 has unveiled its full collaboration with the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team, following a preview during the label’s Fall/Winter 2026 Paris Fashion Week show. The collection arrives on March 19.

At the center of the collection is a Wolf graphic motif. It draws from Japanese mythology, where the wolf is considered a guardian and symbolizes speed, instinct and bravery. The motif originally appeared on adidas’ F50 Tunit football cleats in 2006. It returns here on team and fanwear as an homage to the drivers and their leader. Another graphic print captures smoke billowing from the team’s race cars, translating track energy into clothing.

The collection will be worn by the entire Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team at the Japanese Grand Prix on the Suzuka circuit, a landmark moment for the partnership.

The campaign features drivers George Russell and Kimi Antonelli, along with Team Principal and CEO Toto Wolff. It was shot during the transition from sunset to night, capturing racing at its most visceral. Warm fading light gives way to artificial glow. Sparks from brakes. Flashes across the track. Motion becomes stillness. Intensity begets clarity of mind.
