Wooyoungmi‘s Fall/Winter 2026 collection is inspired by South Korean winters and the idea of travel across different eras. Designer Madame Woo researched the turn of the 20th century, when the nation’s first railway, the Gyeongin line, ushered in an age of heightened elegance. She pictured travelers on icy platforms in sculpted winter hanbok, wool greatcoats, and leather luggage.

The collection bridges this historical elegance with contemporary dress codes, inspired by winter travelers from the steam train to the modern metro. The silhouettes are suspended between the Edwardian era and the 1960s/70s. There is dandy-esque tailoring in lush velvet or heritage cloths, creating strict yet soft structures. In an effort to hug the figure, outerwear materials are made body-conscious: constricting blazers, faux astrakhan waistcoats, and chunky knits.
