Walter Van Beirendonck and Eastpak Return with an Expanded Accessories Collection
by Adriano Batista
Walter Van Beirendonck and Eastpak have expanded their long-running collaboration for Fall 2026, building on the legacy of the Monster backpack first introduced in 2004. The new range combines Eastpak’s functional heritage with Van Beirendonck’s singular vision, introducing silhouettes designed for everyday use while keeping the playful character intact.
The Walter Faux Leather returns in an updated finish, reaffirming its place as the cornerstone of the collaboration. Alongside it, new versions of the Walter Pak’r arrive in red and black, brought to life with added arms, legs, and hands. The hands are designed to hold essentials like a wallet or phone, while one compartment works as a cooler for drinks. The Carry Bag, available in green and black, functions as a weekend travel companion with a built-in laptop sleeve and monster-inspired details, including a sculpted head and hands that can be worn independently. The Mini Bag, in blue and black, completes the collection as a compact companion for evenings and movement.

The Walter Van Beirendonck x Eastpak collection will be available globally from 8 September through select retailers, Eastpak’s flagship store in London, and online at eastpak.com.
