Victoria has teamed up with Barcelona-based brand SALPI on a limited edition that takes the vulcanised boot into new territory. The shoe launches on 14 May at the Victoria store in Barcelona and on 15 May via salpi.es.

SALPI was founded by 74-year-old Avi Gus alongside a group of young creatives. The brand has built its identity around memory and authenticity. Its philosophy, “For those who know,” signals a quiet refusal to chase the market’s speed. Instead, SALPI draws on sporting references, analog visual culture, and an editorial sensibility that revisits the past without reducing it to nostalgia. The goal is not to recover a specific look but to recover a way of relating to clothes and objects.

The collaboration takes Victoria’s most recognisable vulcanised boot and reworks it through details that suggest use and repair. Visible stitching, washed red accents, double laces, and an overlapping tongue recall pieces that have been modified and lived with over time. The boot moves between archive and contemporary intervention. The imperfect is left intact.

A documentary-style campaign departs from standard fashion imagery. It focuses on textures, hands, natural light, and factory scenes, placing the process alongside the product. Check it out below:
