For Fall/Winter 2026, System presents a collection titled Nowhere Neat. It shifts focus from the person at the center of the room to the one standing slightly apart: polished but subtly out of place, never fully aligning.
The mood echoes the sentiment of Radiohead’s ‘Creep.’ A sense of distance and restrained refusal runs through the clothes. Proportions are slightly unsettled; silhouettes look complete but feel subtly unnatural. Through these deliberate irregularities, System captures a quiet resistance within refined beauty.
The looks resist clear categories. They are rooted in classic tailoring, but understated elements of subculture quietly intervene, blurring the line between formal and casual. A tracksuit is layered under a refined wool coat. Unexpected details hide in shirt sleeves. Distorted collars pair with preppy knitwear. It’s a controlled imbalance that System defines as ‘neat isolation.’
