For Spring/Summer 2026, MM6 Maison Margiela and Salomon have extended their ongoing collaboration. The first drop revisits three pieces: the XT-MM6, the CROSS DUST, and the XT-15 Backpack.

The XT-MM6 appears in three new colorways. There is a pale lime yellow with an ’80s sport feel. There is a softened palette of cool grays with muted yellow accents. There is also a sleek, dark city version. The shoe is grounded in Salomon’s trail-running heritage and sits on the Speedcross sole. It maintains its precision and traction.

The new CROSS DUST builds on the Cross silhouette, a key part of Salomon’s trail-running line. The construction includes a technical gaiter, rooted in performance and reinterpreted through a conceptual lens. Drawing on the shared logic of protection, it references both the MM6 dust bag and Salomon gaiters. Different contexts, same function, brought into a single form. The shoe encases the foot while remaining light and adaptable, balancing protection with mobility.

The XT-15 Backpack has been updated with improved comfort, refined ergonomics, and functional detailing. A contrasting white rain cover with a black logo completes the design.

Across the collection, MM6’s design approach meets Salomon’s technical expertise. The result is a modular system of footwear and accessories made for everyday movement. Check it out below:
