Rokit has unveiled its latest collection of reworked designs under Rokit Originals, the brand’s in-house label that transforms pre-loved and unsold vintage textiles into new garments. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and made from 100% preloved textiles, with international shipping now available.

The operation is backed by serious volume. Every month, Rokit receives around 10,000 kilograms of clothing selected by its sister company Transco, based in Vancouver, which processes roughly 30,000 kilograms daily. The best vintage pieces make it to the shop floor and online. Rokit Originals handles the rest, closing the loop on textile waste by turning what can’t be sold into something new.

Led by creative director and design lead Brier Holloway, the London-based team works from the brand’s studios to rework garments into wide-leg trousers, shirts, and bespoke leather bags. The new collection draws from 90s street style, sportswear, and relaxed tailoring, with bold silhouettes and details that move reworked fashion away from patchwork clichés. “My vision for Rokit Originals is to create bold, clean designs that exhibit the amazing vintage product we have to work from,” said Holloway. “By pulling from my background in street and skate clothing, I want to change the stereotype of rework fashion by blending classic 90s shapes with modern ideas.”

Rokit was founded in the 1980s, growing from a single market stall into one of the UK’s most recognisable vintage retailers. Its Covent Garden, Camden, and Brick Lane stores have become landmarks, while the website has sustained 30% growth year on year. The Originals line extends that ethos, turning leftover stock into durable, thoughtfully constructed pieces that can move between a night out and the office. The new collection is available now at rokit.co.uk.
