PAZ debuted during Paris Fashion Week with its Spring/Summer 2027 collection, Beyond Our Time, at Collège des Bernardins. PAZ has time as its central theme, before its first appearance, and a new audience, the label analyzes well-kept items as being more valued than what’s new, an idea the brand feels is contrary to the fashion industry. Having this as a base for the Spring/Summer 2027 collection and show, the show’s location became a space where nature and architecture co-exist, with vines, tangled roots and scattered leaves transforming the ancient Gothic building that has evolved with time, alluding to the collection’s core. Garments are protective, in sculpted leather outerwear, corsetry, harnesses, and tailoring, blended with fluidity in cable knits, soft silhouettes, open backs, and sheer textiles.

Structure and vulnerability metaphor the persistence in well-kept items and the sensitivity in longing to keep them. PAZ finds that strength and softness aren’t opposites but rather complementary ideas. The main material is leather, with crocodile embossed textures, cotton, and knitwear transformed through wear. All garments were produced in Milan, and they appreciate the impact time has on them, with distressed finishes and visible construction, to give character built with wear. Silver hardware, chain, and barbed wire motifs give the collection its protective and connective feel. As for the show, Models came out of an overgrown landscape, to then disappear back into it, highlighting a relationship with the architecture and how time creates evolution in the house’s debut.
