When summer arrives, Mihara Yasuhiro finds himself wishing it would end quickly. Yet its distinct charm lingers in the back of his mind, and deep down, he finds himself longing for that season. The unique energy that summer holds remains vividly etched in his memory.
The Spring/Summer 2027 collection is rendered with simplicity and elegance. The signature layering and subtle displacements of Maison Mihara Yasuhiro are quietly present throughout, allowing that touch of incongruity to settle in with a subdued presence. Beneath the sophisticated facade, nothing has actually changed. That same, unchanging summer remains preserved within the collection. The show took place during Paris Fashion Week.
