Levi’s has released a Beastie Boys t-shirt collection celebrating the group’s anniversary and its roots in New York. Formed in New York in 1981, the Beastie Boys combined hip-hop, rock, punk, funk and jazz with irreverent humor and an unmistakable attitude.

The collection features four designs inspired by vintage collector’s t-shirts. A “color up white” t-shirt showcases a vintage logo on the front and artwork from the Hello Nasty album on the back. A “high risk red” logo tee features an iconic logo the group used in their early days. A caviar-colored “Hello Nasty” tee features artwork from the 1998 album. A long sleeve shirt has artwork from the 1995 “Root Down” EP. Each shirt features an authentic vintage woven Levi’s 90s branding label.
