Lacoste has introduced the Slam Break, a new silhouette that captures the energy of the court while moving easily into the street. The shoe references the brand’s heritage through suede overlays, perforations, a ghillie lacing system, leather heel piece, and embroidered crocodile. Beneath the visual elements, the construction goes further. A stretch knit inner lining adapts to the foot, while Lacoste’s Absorption De Shock technology, originally developed for high-performance tennis models in the 2000s, defines the midsole foam for lightness and stability throughout the day. A TPU heel counter adds support.

The Slam Break arrives in two versions. The leather edition carries a clean silhouette in cream and white tones with grass-green details on the sole, finished with the embroidered crocodile. The textile version uses a ripstop mesh upper with metal eyelets and suede reinforcements, mixing white and beige with chocolate brown for a relaxed feel that balances retro and modern.

Tennis remains Lacoste’s natural language, and after decades defining the relationship between sport and style, the brand returns to the court under its own terms. Following the Slam Break Premium and its campaign with Arthur Fils, the Slam Break now arrives as the franchise’s flagship model. The accompanying campaign moves between the design studio and the tennis court, reflecting the brand’s approach to the visual codes of the sport.

The Slam Break is available now at Lacoste.com and select authorised retailers.
