KidSuper’s Fall/Winter 2026 show, Outside the Box, opened with an original short film written and directed by Colm Dillane and starring Vincent Cassel, filmed in Paris, reinforcing KidSuper’s position as a multidisciplinary project where clothing is only one part of a wider creative language. Film and fashion ultimately folded back into one another.

Long associated with dreamlike maximalism, KidSuper teamed up with super stylist Imruh Asha on styling the show. The collection explored cinematic archetypes, placing legends and icons alongside personal references, where childhood role models shared space with modern heroes. Long rooted in a dreamlike language, KidSuper took on a darker, more introspective tone this season, allowing reflection, restraint and maturity to shape the clothes. In a meta turn, thinking outside the box became an inward exercise, as a brand known for maximal expression embraced quiet structure and intention, questioning how evolution can occur without losing curiosity or betraying its own mythology.

A limited collaboration with Jameson drew on ideas of craft, lineage and shared heritage, subtly referencing Dillane’s Irish roots, while an upcoming partnership with Havaianas nodded to his time in Brazil and the cultural exchanges that shaped him. Reinforcing this sense of continuity, Jeff Hamilton walked the runway wearing an exclusive jacket designed in collaboration with KidSuper for the upcoming Super Bowl.
