Kaleos Introduces Summer Capsule “Variations” with Javier Rey

Kaleos has released a summer capsule called Variations, fronted by Spanish actor Javier Rey. The idea behind the capsule is that the smallest choice can be transformative and every detail has the power to shift the final result.
The collaboration explores the power of nuance. Through a subtle performance exercise, Javier shows how a movement, a pause, or a slight change in styling can completely alter the outcome. The result is instinctive, deliberate, and emotionally charged.
Variations includes three silhouettes in five colours. Classic forms are reinterpreted through refined shifts in proportion, finish, and character. Matte and glossy acetates come together in a palette that feels elegant and modern.
The frames are not defined by shape alone. Photochromic lenses, available in different tones, become an essential part of the story. They react to light, evolve throughout the day, and bring a different rhythm to each piece depending on how and when it is worn. It is a subtle detail, but a decisive one.
