The new collaboration between HEREU and CARRER is built on a simple, geographic idea. It is a dialogue between the city and the sea. The limited-edition collection draws from the Mediterranean, exploring contrasts like concrete harbors and salt air, urban pace and quiet reflection.

The offering is concise. It introduces two main shoe silhouettes, both made of leather. They feature elastic laces and metallic pullers, designed for ease and adaptability in daily life. The shoes aim to balance a sense of traditional craft with a modern feel.

Alongside the footwear, the collaboration presents a new bag. It reinterprets an existing HEREU model, adding a cargo-style pocket and a modular closure system. These details suggest a blend of workwear utility and nautical function, made for movement.

The partnership makes conceptual sense. CARRER, meaning “street” in Catalan, is led by creative directors Manu Ríos and Marc Forné. The brand takes inspiration from vintage workwear and the rhythm of creative city life. HEREU, whose name means “heir” in Catalan, focuses on preserving Mediterranean craft through a network of artisans in Spain.
