HELIOT EMIL has relaunched its Hiking Boots, a cornerstone of the brand’s footwear line. The boots are produced in Italy with Diemme, a mountaineering footwear manufacturer with decades of experience.

Every pair is hand-crafted in the Italian Dolomite mountains. The production process involves 185 individual components per boot, including multi-density structural reinforcements, specialized hardware, and precision-cut leather panels. The manufacturing follows 72 stages, from initial leather selection and manual skiving to final steam-setting and hand-polishing. All 40 specialized craftsmen at the Diemme atelier contribute to each unit. The design incorporates 12 critical stress-point reinforcements, including hand-applied TPU toe caps and internal heel counters. Each boot undergoes a four-stage specialized buffing and treatment cycle. Every boot is hand-lasted to ensure an anatomical fit, a technique that maintains material elasticity more effectively than mechanical lasting.

The relaunch introduces new colorways alongside restocks of classic editions. The collection features Black leather in both the standard and the Tall Hiking Boots silhouette. New additions include Light Grey and Dark Brown.
