For Pre-FW26, HELIOT EMIL presents Cymatics, a collection inspired by the relationship between sound and form. The starting point is the study of how sound vibrations create visible patterns. Though invisible, sound shapes how we experience the world, and that idea runs through the season’s fabric treatments, textures, silhouettes, and construction.
References appear in the ripples created by vibrations in water and the geometry of sound frequencies, translated into pleated tailoring, sculptural surfaces, and technical garments that give physical form to what is usually unseen. The season also marks a new collaboration with CYCORA, the Los Angeles-based material innovator transforming end-of-life textiles into regenerated fibres. Four exclusive HELIOT EMIL x CYCORA pieces feature within the collection, continuing the brand’s focus on material innovation.
Key styles include the VIBRAXIS tailoring programme, the hand-studded CELESTA series, and the textured ATONAL fleece pieces, each interpreting the concept through different techniques.
