Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura Presents Its Spring Selection

Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura has released a limited-edition selection of baked desserts and chocolate sweets for spring. The lineup includes chocolate eggs, cookies and a Colomba Italiana, each drawing on culinary tradition while carrying the house’s codes. The packaging features the Gucci Flora motif. Boxes are designed to be kept, turning the act of giving into something collectible.

The Chocolate Egg Spring Edition reinterprets the traditional treat. It combines Peruvian milk chocolate with caramelized pistachios, balancing creaminess with crunch. Designed as a centerpiece, it is meant to be broken open to reveal layers of sweetness. Mini chocolate eggs in seven flavors complete the chocolate offering, small moments of indulgence that play between tradition and something new.

The Spring Cookie Collection is shortbread-style with delicate icing. Rabbit illustrations evoke the lightness of the season. Crisp on the edges, soft inside, with notes of vanilla and citrus.

The Spring Dove takes on one of Italy’s most beloved seasonal traditions. A soft, naturally leavened dough is enriched with semi-caramelized apricot and gianduja chocolate. Dove-shaped, it carries ideas of renewal and togetherness. Meant to be shared slowly with family and friends.
