From Paris With Love Paris Fashion Week Event
by Felipe Castro
Last Thursday, in the midst of Paris Fashion Week, Karl Lagerfeld transformed its Saint-Germain store into an immersive event to celebrate its Fall/Winter 2026 campaign, From Paris With Love, alongside Paris Hilton. Surrounded by white shirts in homage to the late designer, we got to interact with Paris and NOT-KARL, a virtual avatar seen across the many screens at the event. All the guests, who included the FW26 campaign’s co-star Kit Butler, as well as Heidi Klum and Nicky Hilton, could chat with Paris, NOT-KARL and NOT-CHOUPETTE at a control room made up of a monitor and various TVs. We had the chance to play Hot or Not, an interactive styling game where we could virtually try on looks from the FW26 collection, and take pictures at a photo booth to get souvenirs from the night.
With drinks named Loves It, Black Tie, Paris Pink, and Ikonik, the co-host, Paris Hilton, brought her Ikonik energy to the City of Light. Endless pink decor was contrasted by the black and white attire most guests were wearing. DJ Marina Trench kept the music flowing, and cotton candy adorned the drinks. Paris and Karl Lagerfeld’s friends started their evening on the pink carpet. The event made sure all attendees were properly immersed in the campaign’s universe: an ongoing dialogue between Paris and NOT-KARL. The store keeps its From Paris With Love universe alive until October 3rd, open for the public to go in and get lost in the FW26 world.
