Dolce&Gabbana and Ray-Ban have come together for a collaboration that revisits one of the most recognizable eyewear designs in history. On the eve of its 90th anniversary, Ray-Ban asked Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana to reinterpret the Aviator. The result is two new versions of the Shooter and Outdoorsman II models.

The Shooter model pulls from archival elements. It has a bold silhouette, a mother-of-pearl top bar, and an integrated cigarette holder. These are nods to a more sophisticated era of vintage design. The teardrop lenses come in orange, pink, green, blue, and yellow, available in both clear and mirrored versions. Both brand logos are applied with precision. The slim metal frame keeps the classic pilot shape but creates a slight separation between lens and frame, which gives a refined rimless effect.

The Outdoorsman II model is more understated. Its prominent top bar adds graphic character, while the lightweight metal frame plays with negative space to enhance the shape. The teardrop lenses come in blue, dusty rose, beige, brown, and green, also in mirrored and clear versions. Both logos appear here as well.

Each model comes with an exclusive leather case. It has a gold-tone metal strap and clasp, designed to be worn as an accessory. You can attach it to a handbag or a belt.
