David Catalán presents CRISIS at the RUN x ANDAM Showroom in Paris from 25 to 29 June, a collection that explores the tension between protection and vulnerability through the visual language of vintage safety equipment and coastal life.
Denim, technical fabrics, and striped cottons are combined with reflective and iridescent materials, creating contrasts between visibility and concealment. Utility details and relaxed silhouettes transform functional references into a contemporary wardrobe that feels familiar and unexpected at once. Inspired by objects designed to keep us safe, CRISIS reflects a world where everyone appears protected, yet no one seems truly secure. The collection is suspended between leisure and alertness, comfort and uncertainty.
