COMME des GARÇONS Homme Plus has reinterpreted the Air Jordan 11 for Fall/Winter 2026, sharpening the iconic basketball silhouette through the house’s approach to form and reduction. First introduced in 1995 and designed by Tinker Hatfield, the AJ11 pushed performance footwear forward with its patent leather upper, later becoming a cultural icon beyond sport.

The Homme Plus version extends that patent leather sheen to the midsole, creating a continuous gloss from top to bottom. Premium full-grain and patent leather are used throughout the upper and lining, with debossed branding and a tongue logo reimagined in the original Air Jordan XI typeface. Available in Black and White, the shoe distils the AJ11’s familiar codes into their most essential expression.

The campaign was shot by Goldie Williams Vericain outside the Comme des Garçons Aoyama flagship in Tokyo, pairing the shoe with Fall/Winter 2026 Homme Plus suiting. The Air Jordan 11 will be available from 5 September at select Comme des Garçons shops globally, Dover Street Market locations, and other retailers.
