Burberry showed its Winter 2026 collection during London Fashion Week, returning to the city after seasons away. This time, the focus is on going out after dark.

Chief Creative Officer Daniel Lee describes it as “going out in a particularly London way.” The collection is less about where you are headed and more about the energy of getting there. Wet roads reflect streetlights. Night buses pass by with music leaking from phones. Everyone is on their way somewhere.

The clothes reflect that movement. For men, classics get shifted: overcoats worn differently, tuxedos and silk shirts with a younger feel. Functional pieces like leather bombers, hoodies, and raincoats are dressed up for evening. Colors are definite and solid, cleaner and sleeker than before. Lee says they are clothes for the night as well as the day.

The show took place at Old Billingsgate fish market, with Tower Bridge reconstructed inside and lit by streetlamps. A grand symbol turned utilitarian. Lee notes that everyone walks the same roads and feels the same buzz of the city at night. The space was set to a soundtrack by FKA twigs.
