Bianca Saunders has collaborated with The Midnight Club on her Spring/Summer 2027 collection, Meet You Before Sunrise. The collection explores the transitional space between night and day, marking a first for both: it coincides with The Midnight Club’s tenth anniversary, while for Saunders it is her first collaboration with a creative company.

The Midnight Club’s identity is rooted in the idea of midnight itself, a moment where the edge of night meets the energy of the day. That idea aligns with Saunders’ ongoing examination of the contradictions within modern masculinity. The two worked alongside each other on the concept and design, showing classic tailoring through a sculptural lens to capture the tension between daytime structure and the looser rhythms of the night.

Meet You Before Sunrise explores the transitional moments where identities shift and merge,” said Saunders. “I was interested in shadows as a record of movement, the traces the body leaves behind as it moves through the city at night. Throughout the collection, silhouettes overlap and distort to create garments that feel in motion. Jackets merge into shirts, layers cast shadows across the body, and tailoring follows natural lines while subtly extending them through illusion.

Tom Noon, Design Partner at The Midnight Club, developed the collection’s graphics around a symbol inspired by the lunar cycle, representing the threshold where reality feels fluid. “The branding reflects human connection with layering that creates both tension and harmony,” he said. “The graphic application is confident but wearable, for the long days it’s been designed for.”
