Balenciaga has released the Winter 2026 campaign, photographed by Robin Galiegue and starring Dara Gueye, Liu Wen, and Anok Yai. Pierpaolo Piccioli’s designs draw from the contrasts of High Renaissance art, reimagining historical Balenciaga codes through sharp edges, dramatic drapes, and a sense of ease. The images suggest a tension between darkness and light, envelopment and movement.

Sculptural outerwear leads the collection, with hooded jackets, peacoats, and blousons featuring dramatically high collars and rounded shoulders in leather, shearling, wool, and paillette-embroidered satin silks. Gold B-shaped buckles and understated jewellery add flashes of radiance, with acid-bright colours cutting through dark neutrals, nodding to the clair-obscur technique.

The Hourglass Avenue Bag reimagines the Hourglass line, while Le 7 Bowling Bag, named for Paris’s 7th arrondissement, is built from cocooning layers. The Bloom Pump and Midnight City Mule complete the offering with curved silhouettes.
