Balenciaga Releases Limited Winter 2026 “ClairObscur” Collection

Balenciaga made a selection of pieces from its Winter 26 Collection available immediately after the runway show. The exclusive release landed at the brand’s two Paris flagships under the name ClairObscur, a reference to the High Renaissance painting technique that plays with light and shadow.
The collection distills that idea. An original artwork called Still Life appears across T-shirts, oversized zip-up hoodies, leather-framed Le City mirror charms, and a made-to-order Le City Bag. The image shows objects arranged in darkness, their outlines just beginning to catch light.
The pieces come from a collaboration with HBO and Euphoria creator Sam Levinson, who also shaped the cinematic language of the show with new film footage projected throughout the space. Designer Pierpaolo Piccioli and Levinson found common ground in clair-obscur, visualizing the light that exists within darkness.
Each piece carries a Balenciaga | HBO fabric tag noting its place in the edition. Special packaging includes a card with a QR code directing clients to exclusive content. The limited run is displayed among updated furnishings at both Paris stores.
