AMIRI Opens Its First London Flagship on New Bond Street
by Adriano Batista
AMIRI has opened a new boutique on London’s New Bond Street. It is the brand’s second location in Europe and its first in the United Kingdom.

The London flagship brings the essence of Hollywood to Europe. The design uses rich materials, layered textures, and nods to the interiors of hotels and private homes from AMIRI’s hometown of Los Angeles. At the same time, the space mirrors and fuses with London traditions such as private clubs, deluxe townhouses, and the gentlemen’s tailoring establishments of Savile Row, which is only a street away. Those traditions share a spirit with AMIRI’s focus on expert tailoring.
The interior design was shaped by founder and creative director Mike Amiri. His vision is a modern idea of American luxury born in Los Angeles. The flagship spans two floors and showcases AMIRI collections for men and women, including accessories and footwear. A cinematic feel runs through the space, recalling the on-set decor of films from the golden age of Hollywood. Each area has its own persona and creates its own scene.
Wall treatments combine different materials. Custom boiserie in pomelé wood veneer sits next to large-scale tapestry artworks. Both nod to Art Deco styles that connect the histories of London and Los Angeles. The color palette uses muted hues that speak to a West Coast sensibility, with desert-tone neutrals in rich shades of brown and cream. Travertine marble, onyx, stone, plush upholsteries, and fabric wall treatments create contrasts between cool and warm. The materials offer glances to different eras of glamour.
Vintage and custom furnishings combine with one-of-a-kind art pieces. These points of focus give the spaces an eclectic sense of character. Within this setting, AMIRI clothes take on a fresh context, becoming characters.
