Ami Paris Partners with Balthazar
by Adriano Batista

Ami Paris has entered into a month long partnership with Balthazar, the celebrated French brasserie in New York’s SoHo neighborhood. The collaboration runs from February 11 to March 11, transforming the restaurant into a space that merges Parisian atmosphere with Manhattan energy.

Balthazar is located at 80 Spring Street, just three blocks from Ami Paris’s Greene Street store. The proximity allows for a creative dialogue between two entities rooted in French culture and a certain idea of effortless style. The partnership frames the restaurant as a theater for friendship and connection, where everyday life meets a cinematic allure.
The collaboration touches every detail of the brasserie experience. Tables feature co branded paper placemats inviting guests to sketch while they dine. The bakery offers limited edition coffee cups, bespoke croissant and baguette holders, and exclusive packaging.

To extend the presence into the neighborhood, a custom Ami Paris branded cart will be stationed outside the brand’s store from February 20 to 22. It will offer a curated selection of Balthazar bakery items to passersby.
