Algieri Paris is offering a different kind of summer with Les Abysses, a capsule collection that trades light and carefree for something darker and more theatrical.

The project was developed in dialogue with Kirara, a drag queen and DJ whose work moves between transformation, performance, and the construction of presence. Their ongoing relationship is built around metamorphosis and self-invention, and Les Abysses extends that conversation into clothing.

Summer, in this collection, becomes a space of exhibition and desire rather than ease. The mermaid sits at the centre of the idea: neither fully human nor fully mythological, a body in transition, constructed and observed. Through that figure, the capsule questions how bodies are shaped by performance and by the gaze. Water, rest, the body, and desire all appear, but in altered form, transposed from their usual context into the world of Algieri Paris. Darker, more intimate, and less stable.
