Adidas and Pharrell Williams’ Humanrace are back with a new colorway of the Adizero EVO SL called ‘Mars,’ along with a matching track jacket and shorts. The drop arrives on March 21.

The shoe is built for runners who treat performance as something that builds over time. The thinking goes that consistency matters more than intensity. Each stride contributes to how well you perform not just today, but in the long run. Running becomes a ritual rather than a single event.

The colorway takes inspiration from the dust of Mars. To shoot the campaign, the team went to Painted Hills in Oregon, a landscape that resembles the Martian surface. The images show a runner moving through that rugged environment, framing running as daily performance. Small, repeated actions designed to compound.

The design pulls from the Adios Pro EVO 1, a performance shoe, but adjusts it for everyday movement. Underfoot, full-length LIGHTSTRIKE PRO foam provides a high-stack, smooth ride without stiffening elements. The engineered mesh upper offers zone-specific support and breathability where it is needed most.

On the apparel side, the Mars pack includes a jacket and shorts. The shorts hit mid-thigh, fit loose, and breathe well for outdoor activity. The jacket is slightly more fitted than a standard track jacket but still leaves room to move. It has an adjustable bottom and uses lightweight material.
