Jonny Johansson has been watching people at the office. Not the work, but the dynamics. “Growing up and sometimes feeling like an outsider among my friends, I realised that I was curious about unspoken hierarchies,” he says. “Lately, I have been fascinated by individual expression at the office, which can function as a kind of everyday social experiment.” For Spring/Summer 2027, the office becomes a playground where codes are subverted and personal uniforms coalesce into something less predictable.

The collection shuffles eras and references while staying put-together. Something new, something old, something inherited. Looks move from monochrome white to gelato hues of pink and pistachio. Trompe l’œil returns: ties and pockets sketched on T-shirts like office doodles, pocket lining peeking below twill shorts. Studded denim and a hint of 1950s twang bring a rock’n’roll edge. Argyle motifs clash. Suits are broken up. Corporate vests and sporty satin blousons are recontextualised. Alongside signature 1996 and 1979 denim, slimmer cuts appear in bold hues, with hybrid pleated jeans that read like mid-80s slacks. Leather jackets stand in for suits. Micro jersey comes in integrated double and triple layers. Knit cardigans carry a passed-down, reclaimed feel.

The usual markers of age or status no longer apply in this office. Footwear ranges from embellished sandals worn with socks to colour-blocked brogues, pointy ankle boots with Cuban heels, and exaggerated cowboy boots in soft leather or croc-embossed. Scarves are narrower and lightweight. Camero bags come fringed and in gradient painted leather. Sunglasses swing from oversized metal aviators to square-framed acetate with a cat-eye tilt.
