Balenciaga has launched a new series focused on American football. The collection includes ready-to-wear pieces and accessories that reinterpret the sport’s distinct visual language.

The creative direction uses amplified silhouettes and exaggerated proportions. Padded constructions and performance-driven graphics mark the brand’s first direct reference to American football. This continues Balenciaga’s history of drawing from athletic aesthetics.

The pieces recontextualize classic sportswear. There are shiny V-neck jerseys, varsity hoodies in sheep leather or fleece, and techno poplin tracksuits. Caps and jerseys feature fictional team patches and an embroidered Balenciaga Lion Crest, adding a layer of crafted narrative. The brand’s existing logos, like the 3B sports icon, are reconfigured to resemble elements found on actual game uniforms.
