For Fall/Winter 2026, 424 is rooted in the Italian word artigianale (artisanal). The collection prioritizes labor, time, and process over industrial speed. It works with materials in the limited quantities they naturally exist, like reclaimed luxury textiles and military blankets that are decades old.

New techniques emerge from this approach. Fur is integrated with denim through experimental construction. Imperfect hides, normally rejected, are celebrated and transformed through intensive hand processes like distressing, dyeing, and weaving. The work explores a tension between durability and erosion, finding beauty in texture, wear, and the visible mark of the hand.

This season also marks the brand’s first collaboration with Azuki, a name in trading card game culture. As TCGs move into the mainstream, Azuki partnered with 424 to bring its characters to the Paris Fashion Week runway. 424 reinterpreted four Azuki TCG characters through fashion, aiming to make them feel culturally resonant for both fashion audiences and longtime fans.
