3.PARADIS unveiled its Fall/Winter 2026/27 collection, opening the second day of Paris Fashion Week. This was the first time Founder and Creative Director Emeric Tchatchoua brought us back to his childhood turf since his tenth anniversary show. A lot has happened since, including being decorated with the insignes de Chevalier de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres just last week. Emeric is very authentic in what he does, whether it’s his innovative techniques or sustainable practices. His constant message of peace and love continues to resonate with people. What was once an underground Parisian brand has now truly crossed borders and entered pop culture.

For the longest time, during and after the COVID19 pandemic, it was hard for me to look at fashion in general, knowing that so many lives have been lost, with everything happening today, especially in geopolitics, I’ve been feeling the same way. One thing that I’ve appreciated over the years from Emeric is that he never seems tone deaf; if anything, he is very reflective. And with his Fall Winter collection he gave us that rare space of mourning and celebration, honoring the past while being optimistic for the future.

Signature track suits of the past were reimagined in leather with sartorial touches, dark tailoring with flat caps allowed the shape and jewelry shine, along with muted beading work found in some pieces. In what we can now call the 3.PARADIS blue was used sparingly, found in only a few pieces, but it only added to the less-is-more impact. Prints included references to the iconic Amy Winehouse, the iconic dove found its wing among portraits with Rest in Paradis, and we got a PSG top reminding us that there is always something to look forward to, another game win or lose, we just have to continue to do what we love.
