On “MIAMA feat. Bearcubs,” Brazilian producer and visual artist 1000vall taps into a glitchy, emotionally charged nostalgia, somewhere between longing and detachment. It’s his debut solo single, but it already feels like a fully formed world.

Built with Bearcubs and Pedro Lucas, the track blends clean electronic production with a distinctly Brazilian sense of sentimentality. It moves like a club record, but carries something more intimate underneath, “about wanting to relive something that almost went wrong,” as 1000vall puts it.

That tension extends visually. Drawing from early-2000s Latin internet aesthetics, the project leans into lo-fi textures and digital romanticism, not as reference, but as language. The accompanying video, directed by Henrique Barretto and Olívia Murin, mirrors that instability: fragmented, intimate, unresolved.

With MIAMA, 1000vall positions himself at the intersection of sound, image, and memory, building something that feels both personal and globally fluent.
