Greetings from San Francisco
Good people, we are travelling the world this summer. We are happy to let you know we are currently in San Francisco where we are visiting our friends from Levi’s. We are thrilled to inform you we were allowed into the Levi’s Archive. Tracey Panek, Levi’s’ historian overseeing the entire archive collection showed us some mind-blowing denim pieces from the late 19th century. We will soon report on the our adventures exploring the history of Levi’s jeans on the blog as well as in our upcoming Journal de Nîmes.
But, there is the future too. Levi’s recently opened their ‘Eureka Lab’ which allows the brand to explore everything related to the future of denim in the backyard of the brand's HQ in San Francisco. More about all of that soon!
