Tim Hamilton’s second line, Redux, has became a key element of the company’s menswear collections. For the second time, the New York based designer showed the label independently, unlike past seasons when pieces were incorporated, and shown together with the main line. Used as we were to Hamilton’s black and white collections (even his SS12 was darker in color), he surprised us with colorful pieces that popped here and there. Ruby red sweatpants and tangerine long jhons were mixed with moss green sweaters and Klein blue tops.

Hamilton delivered his signature layering of materials and combination of tailoring elements with high tech-inspired pieces. The silhouette remains the same; fit and neat. Ankle length pants are a must. If we were to summarize this collection in a couple of words, those would be “tailored sports man in colorful high tech austerity.”
