Jun Takahashi, designer of Japanese label Undercover, break the rules yet again with his latest sneaker exclusively from the Mad Archives. Since 1993, Takahashi has developed a reputation for producing innovative active wear lines for men and women — partnering with Nike for the Nike X Undercover Gyakusou label. The designer has also had a long -standing collaboration Undercover — for the past five years.
Straying away from his signature subversive design aesthetic, Takahashi presents a classic sneaker ideal for spring endeavors. The low-top sneaker comes equipped with a contrasting white upper, off-white midsole, and black leather collar. A subtle hint of cobalt blue on the mid-sole adds vibrant color.
