HERESY present its Fall/Winter 2014 lookbook photographed by Dan Wilton. Titled “Forming”, the new collection focuses on high quality jersey staples selected for print definition, pairing contemporary graphic prints with classic silhouettes and fabrics.

Loop-back sweatshirts with enamelled badge detailing, and supersoft brushed cotton collarless shirts that claim menswear over streetwear. Three-quarter length sleeves on sporty raglan cuts reference the sportswear lean present in Heresy’s home south of the Thames. Accessories include Watch Cap beanies whose shape nods to the tradesman and not the rapper, canvas drawstring backpacks inspired by the highstreets of south London, and simple short-peak baseball caps in wool and cotton.

Heresy’s design elements use clean, modern typography with grotesque accents. Designs continue to play with the theme of religion – borrowing, altering and poking at holy iconography and ideas. The intent is wearability, with drawing over branding, and fabrics and print that look better with age, making each piece more distinct over time.
