Portraying the spirit of this Spring/Summer 2012 collection, is the HANSEN family history,a true Nordic one- and a visit to rural Säby in Sweden, from where farmers are the theme ofthe HANSEN image campaign.
Not just any farmers mind you; these hard working men arethe designer Aase Hansens´s uncle Anders and cousin Richard and are very real indeed.
Through the lens of Norwegian photographer Bent Renè Synnevåg the deal is done, andwhat you get is a very clever, visual narrative of a carefully thought out collection.
Adhering to the three basic elements of HANSEN- Nordic expression, values and traditionsthe collection is a combination of simple lifestyle luxury and casual Sunday bests, all inpure cotton and linen, or blends of the two.
